Ann Mashburn's most feminine popover, in dress form. This one's made of Liberty Fabric Tana Lawn®, which is a fine, cool, and almost silky cotton that really lets the print — in this case, a lively, storybook-inspired watercolor floral — shine. There's also on-seam pockets and extra fabric to let down the hem if you'd like a longer dress — it can be lengthened up to 3 more inches.
